So I woke up and tried to read the articles I wanted to read quickly before going to work. I was able to make some oatmeal and take it with while I drove to work, (seems some people got stuck in a traffic accident for a couple hours today on their way into work). For lunch I had a decent helping of the shepherds pie I made on Sunday that is pretty damn fantastical if I say so myself. I was able to reuse some potatoes (this spell checker must have been made by Dan Quayle) from the night before and some extra steak we had purchased Saturday (we used some for a dinner for friends).
And now I am about to eat a snack of healthy baked Dorito's

Baby made me!!
Okay so I ate some cake and ice cream but Patti pretty much forced me down and feed me it. She said it was to "GET IT OUT OF HERE"! I say it was to keep it away from her. Here is dinner and some snacks before the 2nd job.
- 1/8 of a healthy cookie
- Some cottage cheese
- Some cheese nips
- Pork tenderloin
- some great roasted potatoes with crispy oninons and roasted carrots
- Cake
- Ben & Jerry's Dave Matthews Band Magic Brownies (Patties top 2 Ice Creams)
- 1/2 bottle of red wine (hey red wine is good for you!!!)
Chewy ants
Okay so I just had lunch. I will state that I am not a fan of whole grain rice. I think it feels like crunchy ants or solidified boogers, you know those boogers that have been under the desk for a year.
- Chicken Breast
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of whole grain rice
Hey where is the Cake?
So this blog is going to be about my food consumption - you know a cathartic list of all the crap I eat. And hopefully a list of recipe and good ideas for food (I know I don't really have good ideas I just steal everyone else's).

- already 2 cups of coffee
- a small amount of butter and ass burn spread
